Cancellation Policy
T&C - Full attendance is required to pass the course, late arrivals are not allowed and will lose the fee paid. - Please bring a Photo ID (driving licence or passport) and a black pen. It is advisable to bring your own refreshments, amenities are nearby. - There are 4 compulsory practical assessments and a multiple-choice exam at the end of the course. You will be asked to lay down on the floor and you will need to be able to kneel for some time. - Refund policy. When cancelling your place on the course the following will apply: a) More than 7 days notice = 100% refund b) More than 24 hours notice = 50% refund c) Less than 24 hours, no shows, late arrivals = No refund. d) All refunds incur a £5 admin charge. - Other fees: a) No fee, when rescheduling with more than 7 days notice. b) £20 fee when rescheduling with more than 24 hours notice c) £40 fee when rescheduling with less than £24 hours notice d) Resitting an assessment: £15 each e) Electronic qualification: Included Other: If you have any learning difficulties or require further assistance, please let us know upon booking so we can accommodate these for you.
